I accept BCBS and Aetna.

If you choose not to use insurance, sessions are $150.

I will show you my office spaces at the start of our work together. I have a play therapy space that is geared towards children and tweens and a traditional office space that may be more comfortable for teens and young adults. If you would like to explore using art or sand tray in session, we may use my play therapy room from time to time.

The relationship is the most important part of the counseling process. To build a strong relationship with children, it is recommended to meet weekly.

Young adults may choose to meet weekly or every other week, although weekly sessions are recommended at the start of counseling.

During EMDR reprocessing, meeting weekly is suggested to ensure you receive the necessary support throughout the process.

Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.

A fee of $75 will be charged if appointments are cancelled without 24 hour notice.
