Margaret Kirk, LCMHC, NCC
I’m here to meet you right where you are and offer support with compassion. As you work through challenges, we’ll take it one step at a time, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you and helping you move towards where you want to be. We will explore challenges with curiosity and creativity, using strategies that fit your unique needs. You will discover ways to shift towards meaningful and lasting change.
With children and teens, I focus on meeting them where they are developmentally. Instead of adding to the pressure of what they “should” do, my approach centers on building connection and supporting them in becoming the wonderful person they are already on their way to being. Through understanding and developmentally appropriate interventions, such as play therapy and sandtray therapy, I will support you and your child on the path forward.
